This project is a self-developed system by the R&D personnel of Wardtop Company, combining years of production practice experience and adopting multiple patented technologies of the company, which can fully achieve the double salt and salt separation of desulfurization wastewater in coal chemical industry. It is a project that can truly achieve zero emissions. This project adopts a binary processing technology that combines physics and chemistry. By utilizing the different crystallization conditions of various substances in the ternary phase diagram, energy-saving measures of multi effect evaporators and self-designed PLC automation control technology are adopted to solve the key technology of separation of polyammonium salts; Adopting environmentally friendly treatment technology, clean and civilized production methods, without generating secondary environmental pollution, the steam condensate can be reused in the coking desulfurization system throughout the entire treatment process; Recycling thiocyanates, ammonium sulfate, etc. from coking desulfurization and decyanation waste liquid, and extending on-site products on this basis; The design of the entire desulfurization and decyanation waste liquid resource utilization project is reasonable, with leading technology and application level, safety and environmental protection, and meets the requirements of clean production. It provides a good demonstration technology source for domestic coal chemical enterprises to completely solve environmental problems, and belongs to the leading domestic and international level. It is another effective way for coal chemical enterprises to utilize resource products, implement a circular economy strategy, and transform and upgrade their enterprises.
