In recent years, with the booming development of tourism and real estate in China, high-end hotels and villas have emerged. However, high-end hotels and villa communities are often far away from urban sewage treatment plants, which brings inconvenience to the centralized treatment of domestic sewage. A new sewage treatment device - "integrated sewage treatment equipment" has been successfully developed, solving the above problems.
After practical application, it has been shown that "integrated sewage treatment equipment" is a device with very ideal treatment effects and convenient management. It is widely used in domestic sewage treatment, replacing septic tanks with low removal rates and treated effluent that cannot meet the national comprehensive discharge standards. Integrated sewage treatment equipment is widely used and has the following major advantages:
The integrated sewage treatment equipment can be buried below the ground surface, which can be used as green or square land. Therefore, the equipment does not occupy surface area, does not require building, and does not require heating and insulation.
The integrated sewage treatment equipment consists of a pool, a steel structure, and a relatively shallow burial depth. The steel structure pool adopts the first domestically developed interpenetrating network anti-corrosion coating for corrosion prevention. It is an interpenetrating network polymer formed by the interpenetrating network of rubber and plastic networks. It is resistant to acid, alkali, salt, gasoline, kerosene, aging, impact and wear, and can prevent rust. After applying this coating, the anti-corrosion life of the equipment can generally reach more than 15 years.
The AO biological treatment process in the integrated sewage treatment equipment adopts a push flow biological contact oxidation tank, which has a better treatment effect than the fully mixed or two-stage and three-stage series fully mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. And it has a smaller volume than activated sludge tanks, strong adaptability to water quality, good impact resistance, stable effluent quality, and no sludge bulking. At the same time, a new type of elastic three-dimensional filler was used in the biological contact oxidation tank, which has a large actual specific surface area, convenient microbial biofilm hanging and removal, and higher removal rate of organic matter than other fillers under the same organic load conditions. It can improve the solubility of oxygen in air in water.
Due to the use of a biological contact oxidation tank in the AO biological treatment process, the volume load of the filling material in the integrated sewage treatment equipment is relatively low, and the microorganisms are in the self oxidation stage, resulting in less sludge production. In addition, the moisture content of the sludge produced by the biological contact oxidation tank is much lower than that of the sludge produced by the activated sludge tank. Therefore, the amount of sludge generated by "integrated sewage treatment equipment" is relatively small, and generally only needs to be discharged once every 90 days.
The integrated sewage treatment equipment is equipped with soil deodorization facilities. It utilizes the upper space of the reinforced concrete structure pool to set up improved soil and gas distribution pipes. When the odor component dissolves into the water content of the soil through the soil layer, it is then transferred to the soil through surface adsorption and chemical reactions, and ultimately decomposed by microorganisms to achieve the purpose of deodorization.
The integrated sewage treatment equipment is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and equipment damage alarm system, which has good reliability. Therefore, there is generally no need for dedicated personnel to manage it in daily life, only monthly or quarterly maintenance and upkeep are required.
In addition to using conventional blower noise reduction measures (such as vibration isolation pads, silencers, etc.), the integrated sewage treatment equipment also has a new type of sound-absorbing material installed on the inner wall of the blower room, which reduces the noise level during operation to less than 50 decibels and reduces the impact on the surrounding environment.
