MVR evaporation crystallization system for high salt and high COD wastewater
On May 15, 2017, the high salt and high COD wastewater MVR evaporation (crystallization) system designed and constructed by Jiangsu Wodetop Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. for Wuliangye Global Glass Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was successfully started at once. The system operated stably and all operational indicators were better than the design indicators, receiving high praise from users.
Global Glass Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a key subsidiary of Wuliangye Company, located in Yibin City, Sichuan Province. The construction and operation unit of this project is Yibin Huajie Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd., which is a well-known comprehensive environmental protection enterprise in China that integrates the design, environmental impact assessment, and operation of three waste treatment processes. The total water volume processed in this project is 300m3/d. The treated wastewater is discharged into the pipeline network of Wuliangye Industrial Park, achieving the goal of "zero discharge" of wastewater.
Based on years of engineering practice experience and combined with the high COD content and complex composition of the wastewater in the project, Wordtop Company has successfully developed an MVR evaporation system suitable for the needs of this project through scientific experiments and precise calculations, utilizing multiple patented technologies of the company. This system adopts a forced circulation evaporation process and a low-temperature, mild evaporation form to minimize the COD, TDS, ammonia nitrogen and other contents of the condensate produced by evaporation, providing assurance for further treatment of the condensate and ultimately achieving the goal of "zero discharge" for condensate reuse. The system equipment has the characteristics of high automation, small footprint, low energy consumption, and low operating costs. After being put into use by users, it will generate good economic and social benefits.
